11 big announcements made by the government to double the income of farmers

1. A fund of Rs. 1 lakh crore will be created, this fund will be given to the farmer producer organization, co-operative, aggregator for improving the infrastructure.  This will facilitate the farmer to save, create a value chain after harvest, increase the farmer's income.

2. Organic Products Herbal Products Nutrition Production Rs. 10,000 crore will be provided to 2 lakh small scale food industries for small scale food industries.  These enterprises will be able to export their product well.  Special attention will be given to SC ST category and women.  In a group of crops like saffron, bamboo, chilli, maize, small scale food industries will benefit greatly from this scheme.

 3. Matsya Sampada Yojana will provide employment to 55 lakh people and increase exports by Rs 1 lakh crore.  Which will benefit farmers and fishermen engaged in fisheries.  A fund of Rs 20,000 crore has been arranged for this.  Check your name online in the list of PM Kisan Sanman Nidhi Yojana 2020

 4. 13,343 crore will be given under National Animal Disease Control Program, there are 53 crore animals in the country.  One hundred percent of them will be vaccinated.  So far 1.5 million cows and buffaloes have been vaccinated.  The government aims to eradicate foot and mouth disease.  This will increase the demand for dairy products and farmers will sell their produce well.

 5. 15,000 crore will be provided for improvement of dairy infrastructure under animal husbandry.  Private participants will also benefit.  This will promote dairy industry plants, provide better fodder for animals.

6. 4000 crore will be provided to promote herbal farming, at present 2.25 lakh hectares of herbal farms are being cultivated.  Herbal farming will be done in 10 lakh hectares in the next 2 years.  This will increase the income of farmers by Rs 5,000 crore.  The Medicinal Plant Board will promote herbal farming along the Ganges.  Regional markets will be prepared for herbal farming products.

 7. Rs.500 crore will be provided for this special campaign to save bees, it will benefit 2 lakh farmers engaged in bee keeping.  The wax that bees make is imported, it is born from here.  Rural women will get jobs from this.  Consumers will be able to get honey better.

 8. Apart from tomatoes, onions and potatoes, other vegetables will also benefit from the Rs 500 crore scheme.  Farmers will get 50 to 50% subsidy for transportation and storage.  Under TOP (Tomato Onion Potato) scheme, this scheme used to include only tomatoes, onions, potatoes, now this scheme will be applicable for all fruits and vegetables i.e. TOP to Total scheme will be the name.  Atmanirbhar Gujarat Yojana: For loans of 2% interest will be available from this date. 9. The Essential Commodities Act is being amended so that farmers can get a fair price.  Cereals, oil, oilseeds, lentils, onions and potatoes will be controlled.  That is, stock limits will not be imposed under normal circumstances and the law of essentials will be imposed only in special circumstances.  Stock limits will be imposed in very special circumstances, this will happen at the time of natural disasters.

 10. The rules of agricultural marketing will be changed so that farmers can sell their crops in any state.  Farmers will now have a choice as to whom they will sell their produce to, it is not necessary that they send it only to the designated licensee.  For this, the central government will change the law.

 11. The farmer should know before planting his crop at what price he will be able to sell when the crop arrives, he should fix his price in advance, so we will change the law.  Processor aggregator lodge retailers and exporters will also be involved.  The farmer will get a guaranteed return from this structure, the government will announce his crop tomorrow and the next day.
